The Reading Friends Book Group  (formerly the Ruth Circle Book Club)

This Presbyterian Women's group meets monthly for a book discussion and fellowship. This group is open to all women who would like to join in for the discussion.

All First Presbyterian women are invited to come to the Reading Friends Book Club on Tuesday, April 16 at 1:00 pm at the home of Lois Willhoite, Deer Ridge, 1650 Koehler Dr. NW, #241.

Come join the lively discussion of the book, The Midwife of Hope River by Patricia Harman.  A woman named Patience takes jobs that no one else wants, helping those most in need in Appalachia during the Depression.  Despite her own personal secrets, she strives to bring new light and life into an otherwise hard world.
