Hours: 1:00 to 3:30 P.M.
(No orders will be processed before 1:00
or after 3:15)
- Proof of Social Security Number for every member of the household is required at registration.
- Photo ID is required to place an order.
The Linn Community Food Bank provides a 3 day emergency supply of food to families in need on a first come/first served basis. As funds are available, families will also receive a voucher for additional groceries from Hy-Vee or Save-A-Lot. A family may visit the Food Bank up to six times a year. Clients must register and provide Proof of Social Security Number for themselves and every member of their household to be included in the order before the first order is placed. Once registered, clients only need a valid photo ID to place an order. Clients may add (with proof of SSN) or remove family members from their household throughout the year.
To Make a Donation
The Linn Community Food Bank is an all-volunteer organization, led by an all-volunteer working Board of Directors, and supported entirely by donations. Linn Community Food Bank is incorporated with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt,
tax-deductible status.
FOOD: Food donations are accepted at the Food Bank Monday through Friday from 8:30-10:00 a.m.
