Family Fellowship at First Presbyterian.

As members and heirs of the household of God we are committed to the expression of the secure love of God in our welcome of children and families. As we share our lives together in this particular family of Christ it is our desire for your family to be known here among us as God knows us as our parent.

Opportunities for Christian fellowship for families abound at First Presbyterian through church school friendships and such activities as:

Pool Parties
Spend a late afternoon sunny side up with your First friends at a local public or backyard pool.

Fall Canoe Floats
Paddle your way to fun with our annual 2-hour float down the Wapsipinicon River.

Fall Festival
Harvest a beautiful Sunday afternoon at the peak of autumn with a bonfire, hayrack ride, chili dogs, pumpkin painting, and a woodland wild ride on an all-terrain vehicle. Everyone goes home happy!

Here We Come a Caroling
Hop on an old-fashioned trolley provided by the Cedar Rapids Trolley Company and sing your way into the hearts of our homebound members. Return to the church for sweet treats and hot chocolate.
