Elementary Sunday School

At First Presbyterian Church we use a modified Workshop Rotation Model in our elementary Sunday School Program.  Head on up the stairs or elevator on a Sunday morning and you will find a place filled with song, active learning and creative engagement of the Word of God. 

The Workshop Rotation Model concentrates on the major stories of the Bible over and over.  A Bible story is taught in a series of three to five kid-friendly, multimedia workshops - Art, Drama, Games, Puppets, Cooking.  Each week kids rotate through to a new workshop, experiencing God's story in fresh, new way.

In the 2009-10 program year, the stories we will be focusing on are

• The Lord's Supper
• God's People Worship
